One trip, seven tabs, everybody in sync. TripMate keeps the itinerary, the shared wallet, the tickets, the packing list and the photos in one place — and Mate AI can draft the whole thing from a single sentence.

Inside a trip
Open a trip and everything lives behind one row of tabs. Everyone on the trip sees the same thing, updated the moment somebody changes it.
Draft a full plan from a sentence, then apply it to the schedule and packing list.
The live day: what’s on now, what’s booked, what you owe, what’s still unpacked.
Schedule, bookings, photos and documents — four panes, one timeline.
Log what you paid, see who owes whom, settle up over UPI or cash.
A shared kit list plus private items only you can see. Ticks work offline.
Invite from contacts, set roles, hand over ownership, or leave the trip.
When the trip ends, a summary of the spend, the photos and who still owes what.
Solo, friends, family, work or couple — pick a trip type and TripMate adjusts. Every tab works with a group of one.
Mate AI · Pro
Mate AI drafts the dates, a day-by-day plan of stays, food and activities, quieter local stops and a packing list. Accept it and it fills your Schedule and Packing tabs. Snap a hotel voucher or train ticket and it reads the details straight into Bookings.
Your note
Your first Mate AI trip plan is free, so you can see it work before you pay. After that it comes with Pro — 15 trip plans a month, or 30 on Pro Plus. Basic trips work fine without it; you just build the days yourself.
What you get
On the road, Today merges the day’s schedule and bookings into one timeline, with your running balance and anything still unpacked. Add a stop without leaving the screen.
Flights, stays, meals and free time on one timeline. Reorder a day, add a stop, or start from a Mate AI draft that everyone on the trip can edit.
Log who paid and split it across the group. TripMate works out who owes whom, keeps a receipt if you add one, and lets you undo a settle-up you recorded by mistake.
Snap a hotel voucher, train ticket or PDF. Mate AI fills in the stay or transport, the file stays on the trip, and the cost can go straight into Money.
Keep IDs, hotel confirmations and insurance where the group can reach them. Documents expire 24 hours after the trip ends, so nothing lingers longer than it needs to.
Everyone’s photos in one trip album instead of six camera rolls — kept with the trip, or in the owner’s Google Drive if you’d rather use your own storage.
Invite from contacts or by phone number. Owners, admins, members and viewers get the right level of access, and ownership can be handed over before you leave a trip.
A push when someone adds an expense, joins the trip or changes the plan — plus quiet local reminders before you travel and before you pack.
Money & UPI
TripMate never holds or moves your money. It keeps the tally honest, then hands you off to your own UPI app with the amount and the payee already filled in. Confirm the payment there, and the trip balance updates.
UPI settle-up needs an INR trip and a UPI ID on the payee’s profile. Everything else works in any supported currency.

Questions
No. TripMate only keeps the tally of who paid and who owes. When you settle, it opens your own UPI app with the amount pre-filled, or you record the payment as cash. Money never passes through us.
On Android, any UPI app your phone offers in the payment chooser. On iOS, TripMate checks for Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM and lets you pick. The trip has to be in INR and the person being paid needs a UPI ID on their profile.
No. You sign in with your mobile number and a 6-digit code. Invites go out to phone numbers too, so nobody has to make an account before they can see the trip.
Yes. Pick Solo when you create the trip. The schedule, bookings, documents, packing list and photo album all work exactly the same with a group of one.
Trips you’ve already opened stay readable offline — schedule, bookings, balances, packing and photos. Ticking items off your packing list works offline too and syncs once you’re back online. Adding new things needs a connection.
In the trip’s shared album by default. If the trip owner would rather use their own storage, they can connect Google Drive and the album goes there instead. Either way you can save any photo back to your phone.
Not at all. Mate AI is the Pro add-on that drafts plans and reads tickets — you get one free plan to try it, then it needs Pro. Everything else — the itinerary, wallet, packing, people and photos — is free on Basic.
